The event will be held at Johnson Farms and attractions will be throughout the farm. 100 vendors will be under a 30,000 greenhouse (protected from the elements). Overflow vendors may be under tenting outside the greenhouse but you would be notified of this location. This event is rain or shine.

What is included in the $350 booth fee?

The $350 booth fee is for a 100 sq. ft. space. All spaces are 12.5 wide x 8.5 deep. Larger space may be requested. Booths will be located under a 30,000 sq. ft. greenhouse. There will not be any pipe and drape to separate booths or any tenting under the greenhouse. Space will be taped off but you will be side by side with your neighbor with no pipe/drape separation. Tables and chairs are NOT included in the booth fee.

When is set up?

Set up is scheduled for Thursday, September 14th from 9am-6pm. More details will be provided as we get closer to the event.

Do booths come with tables and chairs?

No, we do not provide tables and chairs in our booth fee. You may bring your own or rent from our rental company. More rental details will be available as we get closer to the event.

How many guests do you expect?

We have had over 18,000 guests shop this event since 2014. This is the first year our Fall Handmade & Vintage Chick Event will be three days long. We expect 7,500 guests in 2017.

Why did the event move from Park Place?

We were ready to pop-up someplace new and exciting! It’s the same amazing event, just a new location! Johnson Farms is located just south of Leawood and draws from both the Johnson County and East Jackson County (Lee’s Summit) and provides us with more space, great parking and more family attractions. Their annual mums sale draws large crowds and we are excited to cross promote our events! We will also be at Park Place for our inaugural Foodie Chick Event July 22nd.
