Winter Events

The 4th annual Fall Handmade & Vintage Chick Event moves to Johnson Farms in Belton, MO (from Park Place) in 2017! This event will feature over 100 handmade & vintage local & regional vendors, live music, farm kids activities, locally grown mums from Johsnon Farms, food & drinks & more!

Vendor Information

  • We are currently accepting applications for artisan food vendors & handmade vendors specializing in food/dining/entertaining/wine/coffee products
  • We are currently accepting applications for local restaurants, Kansas wineries, and Kansas breweries. There is no fee for these businesses to participate and we offer a sampling stipend.
  • Chick Events are juried, meaning all vendors must go through the application process and not all applications are accepted. You will be contacted within 10 business days regarding your application status.
  • We anticipate up to 2500 ticketed guests and the event is open to the public for shopping the marketplace. Only ticketed guests may taste.

We are always looking for great partners for our events at the local and national level. Our sponsorship packages offer our partners incredible branding opportunities prior to and at our events, including optional radio advertising with our selected radio partners. Q + A

Is there a fee to participate as a vendor?

There is a $250 fee for marketplace vendors who sell product. This fee includes tenting. There is no fee for restaurants, breweries & wineries providing tasting samples. Tents are not included for tasting vendors. They may bring their own 10×10 tent or may rent from All Seasons.

Where is the event and is it indoors or outdoors?

The event is at Park Place in Leawood (117th & Nall). This is an outdoor event on the streets of Park Place. We will close down Ash Street and 116th Place to line the streets with tasting and shopping tents for one amazing night fit for foodies! The event will be held rain or shine!

When is set up?

Set up is the day of the event, Saturday, July 22nd between 11am – 3pm. Vendors will be scheduled for a move in time as we get closer to the event.

Do booths come with tables and chairs?

No, we do not provide tables and chairs in the $250 vendor fee or for any tasting businesses.  You may bring your own tables and chairs or rent them from All Seasons. Rentals will be in your space when vendors arrive for set up.

How many guests do you expect?

We hope to sell 2500 tasting tickets. The event will be open to the public to shop the marketplace section of the event and to enjoy music and purchase a drink from a Park Place street bar. Only ticketed guests will be allowed to taste.
