As we thoughtfully created our COVID-19 safety plan for the Spring Chick Event, we took into consideration the best practices of other events in the area as well as the county and state recommendations. We want to make sure everyone has a fun and safe time at the Spring Chick Event. Below is information that our customers should know before attending.
As event planners, we’re dedicated to protecting our vendors, staff and guests. To ensure everyone’s safety as we welcome you to our event, we ask that we make the following promises to one another:

You will keep everyone safe by staying home and not entering the event if:
IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
*All customers must stay home if they are sick.
* We request that children over 2 wear protective masks.
*Customers will be required to wear protective masks while shopping.
*Keep a respectful distance from others at all times. (Recommended 6 ft. apart.)
*At this time, there are no government restrictions on the amount of people allowed within an event venue, but we will closely monitor attendance and limit entry to prevent overcrowding.
*There will be no shopping bags this year to avoid close staff interaction to stuff bags and congestion at the entrance.
*Try not to handle any merchandise before you purchase it.
*There will be sanitizing stations throughout the event space. We also encourage you to bring your own hand sanitizer when possible.
* We are encouraging vendors to have credit card machines, which most already do. We’re also encouraging them to accept PayPal, Venmo, etc. and encourage customers to use these options when possible.
