Vendor Information

  • Chick Events are juried, meaning all vendors must go through the application process and not all applications are accepted. All applicants will be notified by within 5 days of applying if they have been accepted or placed on our wait list.
  • This event will include 100+ vendors.
  • Vendor booth fees range start at $375 for a 100 sq. ft. space. Details are provided on the Vendor Applications

Q + A

Are these events indoors or outdoors?

These are outdoor events and will be held in the parking lot at Town Center Plaza. Vendors will be under tents. Tent backs are provided for a fee.

Chick Events will go on rain or shine. We only cancel due to inclement weather if there is a safety issue so bring an umbrella if it rains, wear a coat if it snows and enjoy the sun if it’s warm! The midwest weather always keeps us guessing!

What is included in the booth fee?

The $350 booth fee is for a 100 sq. ft. space. Larger space may be requested. This event will include a 10×10 space under tents in the price. Tents will be white and include a top but no back. There will not be any pipe and drape to separate booths. Space will be taped off but you will be side by side with your neighbor with no pipe/drape separation. Tables and chairs are NOT included in the booth fee. You may rent them through our contractor or you may bring your own.

When is set up?

Vendor move in time will be provided in the vendor packet 30 days prior to the event.

Do booths come with tables and chairs?

No, we do not provide tables and chairs in our booth fee. You may bring your own or rent from our rental company. More rental details will be available as we get closer to the event.

How many guests do you expect?

Every Chick Event since 2014 has drawn a minimum of 5,000-7,500 guests. We expect the same at this event.

How do you select your vendors?

We consider all applications and make decisions bases on the following criteria:
– Product category (we like a wide variety of products and no more than a few of the same kinds of products – i.e. KC tees, wood signs, prints, jewelry)
– Product prices
– New or returning vendors (we like a mix so our shoppers see their favorites but also get to meet new makers and our show remains exciting with fresh, new products)
– Previous vendors should have new or seasonal product for our shoppers
– This event will are looking for fall decor, fall clothing & accessories to add to the handmade mix
– Amazing booth displays
